Paul M. Oleniczak has been in practice in Indiana and Michigan for 45 years. For over 30 years he has exclusively represented physicians, hospitals and other health care providers throughout central and western Michigan. His representation has included all types of claims involving medical malpractice. He has also represented physicians in licensing actions. He has tried dozens of cases before judges and juries throughout Michigan and Indiana; and he has litigated matters through binding arbitration.
