For more than 20 years, Mark Gilchrist has successfully tried cases, settled disputes, and resolved client issues throughout Michigan.

On a daily basis, he represents and defends law firms, lawyers, physicians, accountants, engineers, hospitals, and those in the construction industry against allegations of malpractice, negligence, ethical violations, conflicts of interest, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, or other professional liability matters. Insurance companies and their insureds rely on Mark in matters involving automobile negligence, construction, and general liability.

He also assists professionals and individuals facing criminal investigations and charges brought by the government. His clients include those charged with white-collar crimes such as fraud and embezzlement, computer crimes, drunk driving, assault, and vehicular manslaughter. Clients trust his calm and insightful counsel and his handling of sensitive matters with the utmost care and confidentiality.

In addition, Mark serves on the firm’s board of directors and is actively involved with the State Bar of Michigan’s Negligence Section and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. When he isn’t practicing law, Mark enjoys spending time with his two daughters and son in the Ada, Michigan area. He also enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid sports fan.
