Christopher Genther is an experienced attorney in Michigan who practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and health law, as well as specializing in professional licensing issues.

For over 32 years, he has successfully represented healthcare professionals of all types to resolve alleged malpractice claims. Chris conducts case assessments and advises on claims, prepares matters for trial, and determines as appropriate for each situation and case, whether settlement or trial will most likely attain the most favorable outcome for the client. Chris defends hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, dentists, and other healthcare entities in medical malpractice cases involving all areas of medicine – including but not limited to representing physicians practicing in emergency medicine, family practice, radiology, obstetrics, neurosurgery, general surgery, oncology, orthopedics, urology, cardiology, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neonatology, orthopedics, pathology, and internal medicine.
