We are excited to welcome Tyler Anderson to Smith Haughey as an associate attorney in our medical malpractice defense group.
Tyler Anderson
Tyler is an associate attorney with experience in railroad and trucking transportation defense, general tort defense, commercial litigation, toxic torts, and appellate claims. He has successfully defended clients in litigation, at trial, and on appeal.
Before joining Smith Haughey, Tyler was a judicial law clerk for Justice Dan Schmidt of the Illinois Appellate Court, Third District. In addition to his legal career, Tyler spent two years in the financial services industry, where he helped professionals and small business owners navigate business and personal financial decisions.
Tyler graduated from Bradley University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and history. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University.
