Smith Haughey Welcomes Attorney Kimberley Mitchell

Grand Rapids, Mich., February 2, 2017 — Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that attorneys Kimberley P. H. Mitchell has joined the firm. Kim will be joining the firm’s Holland office.

Kimberley P. H. Mitchell  Kim joins Smith Haughey’s business and real estate law practice group as a shareholder. She focuses her practice on health and welfare benefits, counseling clients on the design and maintenance of their self-insured and insured health plans, cafeteria plans, wellness programs, health reimbursement arrangements and health savings accounts.
Kim graduated from Michigan State University and went on to earn her masters from Case Western Reserve University. She then received her J.D. from Cornell Law School. Kim is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
