Grand Rapids, Mich., Jan. 8, 2013 — Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce the addition of three new equity shareholders and the 2013 board members.

Shareholders Named

  • Janis L. Adams has been named a new equity shareholder of the firm. Janis is an experienced employment law attorney in Traverse City who represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling.
  • Cheryl L. Chandler has been named a new equity shareholder of the firm. Cheri is a medical malpractice defense attorney in Smith Haughey’s Ann Arbor office, defending physicians and health care entities in medical malpractice cases involving all areas of medicine.
  • Jonathan J. Siebers has been named a new equity shareholder of the firm. Jon is an experienced mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate attorney in Grand Rapids, representing businesses and land owners in industries such as manufacturing, health care, construction, development, agriculture, retail and banking.

Board Members

Cindy C. Boer, Peter J. Boyles, Cheryl L. Chandler, William J. Hondorp, Robert W. Parker, Ronald A. Schuknecht, and Matthew L. Wikanderwill serve as board members in 2013.
