Smith Haughey successfully represented a physician in federal court in a case alleging that he had violated numerous constitutional rights by failing to properly address and treat his patient’s medical needs.
Attorney John Kruis obtained a dismissal of all claims against our client in the district court. The patient appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where attorney Katie Wendt was successful in convincing the Court of Appeals to uphold the district court’s decision.
