Grand Rapids, Mich., June 25, 2012 – Jason R. Sebolt, an attorney with Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge, has been elected President of the Michigan Society of Healthcare Risk Management (MSHRM).

A committed member of MSHRM, Jason has served the organization in a number of capacities in the past few years including as a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee.

Jason’s legal experience includes defending doctors, nurses, hospitals, psychiatric care facilities, and other health care providers against claims of malpractice, licensing investigations, and other disciplinary actions. He also handles general liability, negligence, and premises liability matters for health care facilities.
