Before joining Smith Haughey, Chris worked in Human Resources at Spectrum Health in various positions over the past 20 years. Her leadership experience included several years as Employment Manager, Human Resources Manager and Director of Staff Relations. Chris studied at Central Michigan University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at Western Michigan University.
