Grand Rapids, Mich., November 15, 2017 — Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that two attorneys of the Muskegon-based law firm Britton & Bossenbroek, P.C., Gary T. Britton and Dave L. Bossenbroek, and one legal assistant, Tabitha Krawczyk, are joining our Muskegon office.
Gary Britton has practiced as a labor law and family law attorney for over 35 years. In the realm of family law, he has handled between 700 and 1,000 divorce and custody cases in Western Michigan and Oakland County He has handled complex international litigation under The Hague Convention and parental kidnapping and conflicts of law issues, and has dealt with divorces in all financial spectrums, with marital estates ranging from minimal to tens of millions of dollars in value. As a labor attorney, he has been providing services to over 17 Michigan school districts, Muskegon Community College and other public sector and private sector clients.
David Bossenbroek has over 40 years of experience in the legal industry, practicing in municipal law, real estate law, business law and litigation. He spent the early years of his career practicing in the prosecuting attorney’s office in Muskegon County. He has been practicing in Muskegon ever since, working to grow both his practice and the community of Muskegon through his commitment to the community.
