Attorney Michael Wiese to Join Smith Haughey

Grand Rapids, Mich., May 30, 2014— Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that attorney Michael D. Wiese has joined Smith Haughey’s Grand Rapids office. 

Michael joined Smith Haughey as a summer associate in 2012. Now, as a practicing attorney, he represents both companies and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate law, professional liability and insurance litigation. Michael is also a member of the firm’s Licensed Beverage industry team, which is a group of attorneys focused on the legal needs of brew pubs, microbreweries, wineries, and distilleries throughout Michigan.

Michael earned a J.D. from Indiana University Law School. Additionally, he graduated with a M.A. from Central Michigan University, and received a B.A. from Albion College. Michael is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
